At Wise Build we have extensive experience in the project production process. In fact, as can be expected, our origin, as a consultant, comes from the production of BIM models, in general, on a large scale. However, over the years we have managed to automate much of the modeling process, we have an extensive library of BIM objects developed by our team and, of course, with all the experience.

More and more agents are involved in projects, each providing their information and thus nourishing the entire project. All of them must comply with the standards defined in the project's BIM Execution Plan as well as respecting, where appropriate, the corresponding BIM Manual. Once we have prepared and reviewed all the previous points, we identify repetitive processes and create automation through programming that allows us to turn the process into a permanent validation cycle.

Scanning and capturing reality by means of a camera or laser scanner according to the needs of the project to obtain the basis for modeling according to reality.
In the case of using Matterport technology, it consists of capturing panoramic HDR images and depth data using a specific camera, in our case the Matterport Pro2 camera. These images are synthesized and processed in the cloud, generating a digital twin of the asset, which allows the creation of virtual tours, galleries and tours in web environments.
